Recommended requirements

The developers have not filled in recommended specs. Steam only repeats "requires a 64-bit processor and operating system". We will add them when they are published.

What the specs mean in practice

It is a light game. The CPUs and graphics cards listed date from 2016 to 2018, and 3 GB of RAM is very low by current standards. Most gaming PCs and many laptops with a dedicated GPU from the last several years clear the bar.
Integrated graphics are a question mark. The minimum names dedicated cards. Recent integrated chips may cope, but nothing official says so.
Your connection matters more than usual. Callers are generated live, so a weak or unstable connection affects every conversation, not just co-op.
Plan on a microphone. The game is built around talking to callers. See AI callers.
